Morley Commercial I am really unsatisfied with their service. When you sign up with them, their staff will verbally promise you so much benefits, such as stop charging your money when you are on holiday which will never happen. When you sign the contract, they will not mention with you that there is a notice period when you want to end the contract, and the cost of fobs are not refunded. It’s really hard to communicate with their staff, no matter call or emails. They have never responded my emails or answer my calls. I went to their office in November to end my contract, their staff updated the information and promised everything has been done. In December, I have realised they still charged my money, I went to their office again and asked why, their staff told me it’s because there is a notice period to end the contract, and fob can be used during this period. She has not mentioned those information in the first time. Then she promised me that December will be the last time to charge. However, I have checked my bank account again today, and I don’t know for what reasons? I will call Consumer Affairs tomorrow about this, I don’t know why they can’t stop direct debit in their system? I don’t recommend this gym, they are not professional at all.
