Sabrina Girotto The place is amazing — fully equipped with high-quality machines, always clean and well-organised. Coach Karol is absolutely outstanding: energetic, committed, and always bringing fresh exercises to every class. The workouts are dynamic and perfectly balanced. She’s always attentive, correcting movements and making sure everyone trains safely. Highly recommend!

Leanne Whitehouse Lovely gym, starting as a newbie can be daunting but all the staff have been lovely, the facilities are great A special shoutout to manager Sean, nothing is too much trouble, and he’s not there to ‘poach’ you straight away to pay for pt/diet plans etc he’s happy to give as much advice for free I did sign up for pt with Sean off my own back and also highly recommend him for that too!

Jas Kaur I recently bought my monthly stack of supplements and multivitamins from this store. First of all the store management and staff are all awesome and give great advice. The store was very well placed and everything was priced reasonably. Highly recommend to anyone on their fitness journey.
