4 /5 Lili Davidson: The community at this gym is quite pleasant. I’ve enjoyed my time being here for the past two years. The F45 style training is reasonably price and the trainers are lovely and helpful. My only letdown is that the bathrooms tend to be dirty and the amenities either don’t work or are empty and it’s not the most hygienic. Some of the machines need modernising but for $15 a week I cannot complain. It does what I need from the gym.

5 /5 Kieran Wilson: A top rated gym with world class equipment and trainers, but also a true martial arts dojo that features the strongest full contact styles with highly skilled and dedicated instructors. What a fantastic addition to the area and surrounding suburbs, and I know people that travel from across Melbourne just to go to EKK. 24/7 with competitive prices. What more could you want!

5 /5 Ivana Vukcevic: Great atmosphere, culture and facilities! The 24/7 Gym is always clean, and the equipment is high quality. The coaches in the fitness classes are knowledgeable and supportive - the music is great too :) Personally love the atmosphere the most, the coaches push you but you enjoy yourself at the same time. Great gym :)

3 /5 Guy Brent: As a gym bro who is mostly training for bodybuilding/hypertrophy, this gym is pretty decent and good for the price. It’s clean and well maintained but the machine and weight selection isn’t great. There’s only 1 squat rack and it doesn’t really have a lot of machines that you would find in other gyms. Overall still pretty good would recommend if you don’t have much money.

In the past I have had to have 2 different memberships, 1 for Karate and 1 for gym, now I can do a good gym sesh, and walk over to the next room and do a karate or fitness class, the convenience in having a 3 in 1 gym is priceless and worth every cent. The gym equipment is brand new, the gym is clean, the staff are friendly and very welcoming, I actually feel comfortable coming in and just having a chat with whoever is at the front desk. The fitness classes are great and challenging, The PTs are knowledgeable and very friendly and the space is great, it doesnt ever feel cramped. 5 Star Gym.

Sarah Kapsie I recently visited Dr. David for an osteopathic treatment for a strain, and I couldnt be happier with the experience. David was not only knowledgeable and professional but also took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and explain the treatment plan. I felt immediate relief after our sessions and appreciated his hands-on approach and education. Additionally, Kristen, the practice manager, was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my visits. She made scheduling appointments easy and always greeted me with a warm smile. Her professionalism and care really enhanced the overall experience.
