Hezi Shi Marinos I dont personally trust many fitness coach but Van KNOWS what he does. Well designed program, great and comfortable atmosphere, and very reasonably priced. Strength and balance classes are my favourite, really enjoy the low-impact and safe exercises that really works and wont aggravate my back pain. 5/5

The Toorak Health Club - VIC

Zoe What a great gym! Sufficient space (not massive but not tiny) and good number of machines and weights (2 squat racks, 3 bench press, etc). I particularly like that there are no joining fees and also option of short temporary memberships (eg 1 week or 1 month) which are great flexibility for me. I havent tried the classes. Overall friendly vibes too (people of all ages and types and not just the type who wear super skimpy Barry-ish gym clothes...)

Body Awakenings - VIC

Tracy Nash A great yoga studio and great teachers. Whether you are advanced or a beginner, Rachael and her teachers have no problem seamlessly guiding all levels in their classes. They are generous with their knowledge of yoga and their classes are well thought out and structured. Rachael creates a warm, welcoming and supportive environment for everyone and its a pleasure to practice at Body Awakenings. I highly recommend it.

BASE27 Fitness (Small-Group Training) - VIC

Tashya Dahanayake Base27 has been a really positive part of my fitness journey. Since joining, I’ve noticed a big improvement in both my motivation and overall fitness. The gym has a great community, everyone is friendly, supportive, and encouraging, which makes it easy to stay consistent. A huge part of my experience has been thanks to Michelle, who is the most dedicated coach I’ve ever met. She’s constantly checking in, pushing me in the best way possible, and making sure I’m showing up for myself. Her passion and energy are contagious, and she has a real gift for helping people break through both mental and physical barriers. The workouts are intense but very manageable, especially with a busy schedule. They’re well-structured and I always feel like I’m getting the most out of the time. Overall, I have had a great experience with Base27!
