Elms Court Outdoor Gym - Gowanbrae (VIC)

Nazleen Sheikh Ive been coming to this gym for several years, and its consistently been a great experience. The equipment is always clean and well-maintained, and theres rarely a wait to use the machines you want. Everything is spaced out nicely, so it never feels overcrowded. Marie is an absolute gem! Shes always around to offer guidance, or simply share a few words of encouragement when you need them most. Her positive energy is contagious, and its clear she genuinely cares about everyones progress and well-being, which makes a big difference when youre working toward your fitness goals. This is definitely one of the better locations in the area, and I’d definitely recommend it. The free parking is a bonus.

Meow Meowosen Have come here a few times and have seen Rodney (one of the young life guards) and just wanted to write a review because he is always incredibly friendly and helpful, he also seemed to do his job quite well as one time I saw him handling a group of uncooperative and loud boys in the heated pools very well. The pools are quite good although small, if you’re under the age of 16 you’re only allowed in a tiny part of the normal pools because the heated pools are dedicated to people over the age of 16. The slides are awesome for what it is, although they seem to shut quite early.

Everyone who trains at Honour is so down-to-earth, incredibly kind, and are always putting each others safety first. Love the class structures, the humour, and hygiene of the gym. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their Muay Thai boxing skills and join a welcoming and professional community. The coaches at Invictus are highly knowledgeable, super professional and are very passionate and patient! The environment is incredibly supportive and inclusive. While the training is intense it is also fun and enjoyable for the kids. The atmosphere is focused and respectful. The class structure is well-designed, blending intense conditioning with technical skill work and fun! This establishment offers incredible value. The professional coaches are supportive and the facilities make it a five-star experience. If you are serious about training in a supportive and professional environment, this is the place for you!
