I usually enjoy visiting AquaPulse Hoppers Crossing and have been coming here for a while, but I’m really disappointed with how a very simple issue has been handled. The power point in the ladies’ area has been out of order for almost a month now, and despite bringing it up multiple times, it still hasn’t been fixed.
For such a large, well-known facility that prides itself on service and convenience, it’s surprising that a small but essential maintenance task has been left unresolved for so long. Many women, myself included, rely on that power point to dry our hair after swimming. Instead, we’re left with an inconvenience that could easily have been avoided if the maintenance was prioritised.
What makes it more frustrating is the lack of clear communication from staff(They wont let you use the othe shower facility which is in the same area, conveniently lied that unfortunately we only have one shower facility here.) Each time I’ve asked about it, I’ve been given vague or inconsistent responses. For a community facility of this scale, I’d expect quicker action and more transparency.
AquaPulse is a great place overall, but definitely needs upgrade and servicing. I hope management can address this soon and prevent such delays in the future, because small things like this make a big difference to regular visitors.
