Antoni doesnt just teach you to lift. He teaches you to listen. To the iron, yes, but more importantly to that quiet voice inside that weve learned to silence between deadlines and dinner plans. He reads Gogol and quotes philosophy between sets, but his real wisdom is in the way he sees you now and who you can be tomorrow. Come here if youre tired of performing your workout and ready to experience it instead. Just dont expect Antoni to let you hide behind your usual excuses. Hes too honest for that. I wanted fitness, but found something more: a return to myself, and wisdom that strength isnt just about what you can lift, but what you can carry.

Craig Russ Just a lap pool. Great location. Has a 50m 25m and kiddies pool. The staff will look after you. Goggles, cap, swimmers- All thats required. Stroke kick, turn, stroke kick. Roll over, stroke kick, stroke kick. Bring a friend or go solo. Entertain your kids, for hours

We also talked to Akshay who helped us alot in finding what we needed. We had a brief interaction with Emre and Isaac, who were helpful as well. Clara at the cashiers was really nice.
