Joanne Tay Best service of all the Paspaley stores that I’ve been too. Benny is warm and friendly and I bought my very first ever Paspaley. I pop by a few months later when I was in the area. Benny and team still remembers us and even offered to clean my pearls. Love their warm and friendly vibe in the store.

Karen VS A really great beginner jewellery making class, highly recommend. Sarah was very accommodating providing us with choices of location. We selected Philip Island because we were a group with international visitors and were visiting for penguin parade. Sarah has a kind and calm presence and was flexible with timing and totally fine when we were running late on the drive down. The class was fun and very easy to pick up as beginners. She helped make sure we could all make what we wanted and adjusted tools and techniques to ensure success. We were all incredibly happy with the rings we made and she also provided step by step instructions in a pdf after to help us remember the full process. Incredibly enjoyable and great class. 10/10!

Shane Windley Joanne and Tali have always been very knowledgeable, extremely good value and a pleasure to deal with. Ive bought birthday gifts many times over when they had a store at Eastland and was sad to see them downsize and close. Could not recommend them higher! Shane & Robyn Windley.
