This was our second visit to the store, and both times we received nothing but exceptional service. On our first visit, Alex went above and beyond to help me select the right gold pieces — his advice was honest, thoughtful, and clearly given with good intentions, which made me feel completely at ease and confident in my choices. On our second visit, he even skipped his lunch break to assist us personally — his patience and dedication were genuinely impressive. The rest of the team was just as warm and attentive, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere throughout the store. The space itself is large, well-organised, and offers an outstanding variety of gold pieces to choose from. We travelled from Brisbane specifically to return here, and it certainly won’t be our last visit. Loyal customers for life! I was a bit worried going to this store due to bad reviews and instead went online or to number of other different stores to purchase. However, a wonderful lady at Pandora Chatswood store looked up a charm I lost and sent me to Homebush DFO since I have been back twice .
