Enduring Strength - Personal Training - VIC

Suzanne S Yamin is very professional and tailors the training to my needs and pre-existing injuries. He has also helped me feel confident to use the gym on my own in between personal training sessions. I had never done any strength work before training with Yamin and his attention to technique and correct movement ensures you get the most benefit from training. I feel like I have achieved a lot of strength in a relatively short amount of time.

Run Club - VIC

Jenny Church Great classes, the instructors are really motivating and the kms tick up quickly. I can always achieve more than I expect coming in to the class. Doesnt take long at all to get the hang of the treadmill and you go at the pace that suits you which is great. Recommend to runners in a rut or wanting to mix it up!
