5 /5 Paul R Weldon: I can only comment on the badminton facilities, the courts are well maintained and great to play on although I find the lights intrusive sometimes. The competitions available are for every ability and you dont need to know anyone - its very friendly and relaxed. Ive been going for some years now and thoroughly enjoy it.

The instructors offer a variety of approaches that mean they can engage a massive cross section of the community. I have left all my classes feeling thoroughly worked out, but still uplifted, positive and ready to face the day!
