5 /5 Shell John: Eugene and his team have been nothing short of fantastic when handling all my matters. I cannot recommend them enough. They listen, and act promptly as required. Unlike other firms Ive used. I feel Eugene and his team have A1 communication skills which is paramount when dealing with legal matters.

1 /5 Raf Md: Very disappointing customer service and unprofessional. I needed some documents to be notarised and made an appointment at 7.15pm. Eugene was busy with another client and made me wait for another 15 minutes. He didnt apologise and asked me to go into his garage. I specifically asked him to check the documents to quote his charges as he was the notary professional and he barely looked at the documents and said $88. I told him that the pages 2 and 5 needed the stamp and he said that page 1 needed a stamp too. Again he failed to check the full document. He asked me to wait for the stamping and he returned and said that there were 3 more documents to be stamped. At this point of time he didnt mention any extra charge as it was already agreed on $88 at the start of the meeting. He went back in to get the stamping done and he said that it will be $110. I asked him why he was charging the extra amount and he said that there were 3 extra pages. I had to remind him that I asked him to check the documents at the start of the meeting. Anyway I paid him $110 as I was already late for my dinner plans due to his delay. I wrote a bad review when I received the receipt. A day later he texted me angrily saying that I was a dud and started swearing at me. He actually said nobody but I see the review so it does not make any difference you f**ker! He said that he has been in the business for 38 years and said I was dodgy?! I told him that he was being dodgy for charging me the extra charge after confirming that it was $88. I shouldve gone to others who were charging me $88 for my documents. Never again... A clear case of a business that cant take a bad review.

5 /5 Heidi Hines: I recently had some very important and urgent notary work done by Eugene Naidoo. He was just fantastic dealing with a complicated overseas matter that has been resolved to everyones satisfaction. Eugene is such a helpful, kind, considerate and charming man. I certainly will use his service again if needed.

1 /5 Gursharn Singh: Horrible experience with this firm. Eugene is extremely unprofessional and discourtious. He has failed to execute his duties as a notary. He verbally abused me multiple times when I asked him to rectify his mistakes. As a legal representative and a registered notary, he has a duty to confirm the true identity of a signatory by careful examination of an identity document such as a drivers licence and a passport. He did not do that. As a result, we are now required to complete the process again from scratch which is costing us $100s of dollars, despite knowing that we have legal/time constraints that have to be met with legal matters overseas. When I raised the issue with the signatures, he decided to abuse me by calling me an "idiot" and advised me that my complaints will "go nowhere as he is a panel member on the Society of Notaries". This guy thinks he is invincible. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND THE HASSLE.
