Sonja Parker Love the full body work out I get, using wonderful equipment and amazing knowledgeable teachers. They make sure we use our equipment and exercises correctly. I’ve been asked which instructor I like best but I truly like each individual as they are no preference. You all give a wonderful unique touch to the classes so it’s never the same. I highly recommend joining or at least give it a go. I did and I’m hooked Xx Son

Three Peat Fitness - VIC

Michael Talarico Dom is an excellent trainer. I have been training with him for a few years now and from what I have experienced, he understands his clients. He is flexible and understanding. I have seen his gym setup improve over the course of training with him. Each workout is practical, helpful and engaging. Ive noticed my fitness, and particularly my core strength, improve as a result. I highly recommend Dom as a personal trainer for people of all levels of fitness.
