Each and every trainer has made me feel valued and supported, assisting when needed and bringing the energy and excitement to all those training! People say F45 is too expensive - But like anything in life, you pay more for quality, and thats exactly what youll be getting at F45 Pakenham!

Adam D An excellent place to train. Ive trained BJJ at a few gyms but this is the first where it feels like a team. Everyone is super friendly and the coaches have a real interest in your progression and success. I cant recommend Resilience highly enough.

Izzy Lam Everyone at AF Broadmoore is so lovely. Every time I walk in the door when the office is open Im always greeted so kindly by everyone working there. Its like they are my friends and they appreciate me. Jason, Truman, Stephen, Noelle, Echo, Brandon, and Victoria. Such lovely, amazing people that I have grown to love seeing. The people that clean in the evening are also so amazing and nice, keeping the gym clean. They are also so kind as well! One of the cleanest gyms I have ever seen. Im more than happy that this is my home gym and I come here 90-95% of the time.
