James Legan I cant express enough how much I love visiting this place. It’s not just a place for recovery and wellness, but a true sanctuary of positivity and community. The sauna area, in particular, is my favorite area to be after a long week of basketball practice and games. Its the perfect place for me to unwind and relax. I always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. What makes this place truly special is their environment and energy that radiates throughout the gym. The friendly, supportive community creates an atmosphere for everyone who walks in there, where you feel encouraged and motivated. It seems like everyone genuinely cares about each others well-being, making it more than just a gym for me its makes them family. I’m grateful for the opportunity to have met Pep and his staff and i appreciate the positive vibes they offer. It’s a heartfelt space where health, relaxation, and community come together seamlessly. If youre looking for a place that inspires and makes you feel like home no matter how far away from your home you actually are, this is definitely it! James

My experience at Box Up has been amazing, the community within the gym is always so positive and supportive! Also the cleanest place I have ever trained!

Edgardo Manjarres Great gym with an awesome atmosphere! The space is always clean, the equipment is top notch, and there’s never a problem finding what you need. The team here is super friendly and make you feel welcome from day one. It’s a really motivating place to train — I always leave feeling better than when I walked in.
