1 /5 Hailey Tam: I am very disappointed, we have been arranged a party area that with NO air-conditioning yesterday. I seek help with the party host and manager, however they can’t accommodate us in to the party room with air conditioning, we have 20 kids and 10 parents all have to suffer the heat, they didn’t mention that when I book the party, there’s no black and white on the website or the booking confirmation to tell me that if I book a “Cool party” is not going to have a party room with air conditioning! While my catering session, everyone are melting but the party room with aircon are empty, but we are not allow to use it! Terrible service and experience!
Also, they forget to give me the 2 for 1 return pass for my birthday child yesterday. I ring to the reception today, the lady doesn’t even believe me, I ask her to check with her party host, it’s very awful customer service and bad experience!
I have 8 parties for my older one and 6 parties for my younger one, never been to this disappointed!
For the reply by the flip out Caringbah owner, I could not do any reply that’s why I edit it here, if you are the one who answer my phone call yesterday, your response is definitely not this “nice”!
When I tell you regarding the party host forget to give me the 2for1 return pass, you said “I don’t believe it! That’s should be given before the party, then I respond you please ask the party host and check it, I don’t have to make it up for this! The judgement and the attitude of responding is really gaslighting me! I understand the party host’s is very young and are not professionals, I appreciate the party host’s effort, I don’t even blame him, but your response is very disrespectful and disappointed! Sounds like I want to take advantage of you guys! That’s awful!
