We had mentioned there were children with additional needs attending and the staff made every effort to ensure all of the children were comfortable and enjoying themselves. Ellie Hargreaves Ive been training at Sour for about three months now and it is hands down the best experience Ive ever had at a gym! Court is an amazing coach and the community she has created is incredible, I love training with such a friendly and supportive group of people. Having a tailored program is super motivating and the semi-private PT format has really helped me find my confidence in the gym. Highly recommend!
