Lisa Strong I started training in March this year to improve my core strength and overall fitness. Emma was quick to work out my strengths and areas for improvement, and tailored a personalised program to help me reach my goals. My sessions are always enjoyable, lots of variety to keep it interesting, challenging my fitness, strength and balance. It has been great to move my body again and try new things. With a history of knee pain, Emma has been great at tailoring exercises to improve my strength in this area and Ive noticed less pain & more stability, plus an improvement in my overall health. Emma is passionate, friendly, professional and supportive and I would highly recommend Fujiwhara to anyone.
