PEACHES Pilates Windsor - VIC

Racheal Koi Did the week free trial. Love this studio. Booking is intuitive and easy, confirmation is instant. The classes are challenging but with very supportive. Kaylah and Grace are especially nice and considerate. I love the tools that provide, the resistance bands and the balls are very fun to use. Feel very rejuvenated after the classes. Highly recommend the vanilla Pilates and the barre. Hot yoga was intense.

Shalini Pehrinparaj I have been training with Steph for 8 months so far and she’s the best PT I’ve had. She is knowledgeable and able to cater the session to suit your goals and abilities. She motivates and pushes but is mindful of any injuries or concerns. She is a very genuine person who makes exercise fun!

josh brooksbank Suzie is amazing! I have had such a wonderul experience, learning about the nervous system and feeling my body get stronger after every treatment. I am a big fan of the exercise strategies that Suzie provides, they have genuinely changed my relationship to my body, to movement and healing. I am consistently pain free for the first time in 5 years.

Revo Fitness - Epping - VIC

Angela Donato The newly renovated Revo gym at Epping Pacific Shopping Center opened its doors today and its fantastic. Im a member and l cant find anything negative to say. Its huge and well equipped with everything you need to get fit. Its modern, fresh and spacious. The floor plan is well thought out with machines and weights sectioned into areas for lower and upper body workout. Great studio too. No excuses not to get fit for summer.
