Rose Pashley Last Thursday morning I was the first at the desk just inside to the right hand side. Rufus Taylor was behind it and immediately responded to my request in an attempt to find some missing money. After I had explained the rather complicated details he settled me on a seat just to the left and then, in the next 3 hours he helped me, talked to other customers and helped them, then went behind the scenes for access to files, the manager etc. At all times he was extremely proficient, professional and very helpful. I watched as he never lost patience and treated all customers with respect. I was very impressed with his efforts on my behalf, which took quite a time - 3 hours in fact and yet he handled my difficulties side by side with other customers. Congratulations to a young man with a very, bright future.

Vicki Pickett We are from Lifestyle Ocean Grove and travelled over on the ferry to Bittern for a inter community Table Tennis competition. Of course we had to do a tour to compare. I was blown away by how gorgeous it was. The gardens and landscaping was so mature and lush it was absolutely beautiful. The decor and colours were very warm and inviting so were the people I have a bit of lifestyle envy but I do love ocean grove. And by the way we won!
