5 /5 Beau Nieuwveld: Buying a new car hasn’t always been smooth sailing for me, so I approached the purchase of my new MG4 with a fair bit of caution. Thankfully, my experience at Ferntree Gully MG completely turned that around. From the very beginning, Denver was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions about the car and the buying process. Both he and Jess went out of their way to make accommodations for me travelling 4 hours to get to the dealership. The handover process was seamless, and even when a couple of very minor cosmetic issues were noticed, Denver and Shane went above and beyond to make it right. Knowing that I live in a regional area and rely heavily on my car, they had no hesitation in providing a loan car while mine was being worked on. When I returned, the whole team was eager to chat about my experience with the car and what it was like becoming a first-time EV owner, treating me like an old friend and not just a number on a deal sheet. I was even told that Shane stayed back late to ensure my car was ready to take home on time! (Sorry Shane!!) The whole experience was hugely impressive and genuinely refreshing. Huge thanks to the team for making everything so easy and positive. (Oh and of course, the car is AMAZING!)

5 /5 Anzila Singh: I bought a new MG ZST, the only complaint (not really) I have is that I had to wait for my chosen colour of my car to be ordered and delivered. However the service from Denver Hobson and the team sorted me out with a loan car while I waited. My new car is here and it is everything that was promised even a little extra for no charge. 5 /5 Andrew Beveridge: I really had a fantastic experience buying a car from Ferntree Gully MG. And, I hate buying cars! Why? Because I loathe the clunky process that most dealers put you through. Its just horrible. But, have I got news for you! At Ferntree Gully MG, you are treated properly - with courtesy and respect, coupled with an easy-going banter, which I like. Theres no hard sell from the the sales team, and they actually listen to what you want - rather then trying to up-sell or squeeze more add-ons out of you. Truly, it was very refreshing, and I cant recommend these guys and girls highly enough. In addition, the dealership and building is brand new, and very well thought through. I really hope the dealership is successful, and that Ferntree Gully MG is here for the long term. The team has clearly put a lot of thought, effort and training into the customer service side of the business, and it really shows. As a long term rusted-on Toyota guy, I am definitely converted for two reasons : 1. The car is fantastic, and just what I was looking for at an amazing price point, and 2. The experience from the Ferntree Gully MG dealership. It really is a standout, and a jewel in its own right. So, do go and check it out, there is an amazing range of vehicles to suit all budgets. You will be pleasantly surprised, and the final point is..... they make a wicked coffee!

5 /5 Marcus Williams: If you are looking for a Brand New Car and you have MG in mind. Head over to Ferntree Gully MG. The Sales team are great, helped us with a decision on what type of car to purchase that would fit our needs. It was a very honest sales experience with no pushing to stretch our budget just for the sake of upselling. We were openly offered to test drive which ever car we were even slightly interested in. (This was not the case at another MG site). The purchase process was very simple and straightforward. There was about a months wait on the arrive of the car and Marino arranged for us a loan car for the duration of the wait which was extremely useful. With regards to experience of purchasing of our brand new MG HS, it has made me already consider purchasing a second vehicle from this dealership. *note about MG after sales not Ferntree Gully MG* Just a heads up, after the handshake and initial contract signing. Your purchased will be moved to after sales department (about a week later started getting calls about extras) - the after sales saleswoman that was extremely pushy on a variety of products, almost to the point of "slam down the phone annoying". (she is not part of Ferntree Gully MG)
