I started as an overweight very unfit person and was never once made feel like that. Jenni has built an amazing atmosphere where everyone supports each other both in our fitness journeys and in all of life’s ups and downs. From the large variety of classes to suit everyone’s schedules, the 8 week challenges that include meal plans to the charity runs that we participate in as a team everything is done with our best interest at heart. No two classes are ever the same other than the fact that you truly work out. Jenni is constantly encouraging us to be the best version of ourselves and it’s easy to do with such a supportive environment to train in. I’ve not only built my fitness to beyond what I could ever believe possible but have met and formed friendships that have extended beyond the gym setting. Dan Fenech Gym isn’t the problem, it’s the patrons. Walked in 9pm sat night, Indian guys everywhere yelling at the top of their lungs. Nothing put back in its place, thrown all over the floor. After attempting to look for dumb bells whilst weaving around the crowds of people doing more socialising then working out… I walked out. More like a night club then a gym.
Gym itself actually has a really good set up and probably a good vibe during quieter hours.
I’ll give it another go when it’s a little quieter.
Ellen Jullien Mvmt isn’t just a gym. It’s a community who always uplift each other, strive to do their best and never shy away from a challenge.
This community spirit permeates every session, bringing endless joy and laughter and is a testament to the type of people Jordy and the whole team are.
Not only that but they give a damn about every member and it shows in the results. I can honestly say I’ve never been stronger or healthier (both mentally and physically) and I attribute that to an experienced team who knows just when to push that little bit harder
Michael Kouoloukas I’ve been training at Muscle City Bentleigh East for over five years now, and honestly, it’s one of the best gyms around. The staff are friendly, down-to-earth and always happy to help. The members are respectful and motivated—it’s got a real community vibe without the ego. The equipment is solid, there’s plenty of space, and it’s open 24/7 which is perfect for my schedule. Whether you’re just starting out or a serious lifter, this gym caters to everyone. Couldn’t recommend it more.
Mai Vo I originally joined when Roger, Lorana, and Tom were running the gym, and it was good then. Mike and Steve took over 6 months ago, and they have taken it to another level.
It is a really good mix of learning new techniques, getting your technique fixed, working up a sweat, losing calories, & having fun.
There is a good vibe in the gym as well, with no egos etc.
Highly recommend giving it a go, my only regret is not joining years ago..
