Melbourne Muscle Gym - Bayswater North (VIC)

Sav Best gyming experience I’ve had in a while. Staff is cheerful, motivational and inspiring. This gym is a communal gym which is very motivating of its own, no room for slack. A lot of exercises packed into a 50 min routine. Including pep talk, warm up and stretching. They do a 8 week challenge which monitors your diet too, which is assigned according to your set goals. Definitely worth a try.

Joanne Toberty I have been going to this gym for donkey years and have always felt at home. The gym is a comfortable place to work out and has an extensive range of equipment and plenty of work areas. You are always made to feel welcome by the Staff. Love it.

Samantha Costin I was unsure of what to expect with a new instructor, but Lauren was so lovely and I really enjoyed her class! She has her own style and structures her class really well. I loved the new exercises and her focus on breath work. It was a really great class!
