5 /5 Michael OMeara: Really awesome gym and one thats unlike any one that Ive been a part of. The focus is firmly on building fitness, and working with each individual based on their individual needs, capabilities and limitations (makes sense, right?). The team are awesome at promoting the philosophy of pushing yourself without hurting yourself, and the its clear that the community is incredibly welcoming, positive and supportive. Whether youre new to gyms or a veteran I cant recommend FBFM enough.

5 /5 Jeanetta Hayes: Fit Body Fit Mind is a fantastic gym that caters for all ages and fitness levels. We always feel supported and encouraged throughout our personal training sessions and classes. The latest 8 week challenge really kept me on track to achieve personal goals and improvement in my fitness level. The trainers are amazing and have made the gym unique by making it feel like a community that we are all a part of.

5 /5 Zoe Nicholes: The environment at this gym is outstanding. I consistently feel welcomed, comfortable and encouraged regardless of my fitness level. It has been the perfect atmosphere with professional and compassionate trainers to get me back in shape after baby number 4. The classes have great variety and when I can’t make it in person the virtual classes are awesome so I never feel I have to miss out and can still get fit when my busy schedule allows. Would I recommend? Absolutely.

5 /5 Kristy Jones: FBFM is the first gym that I’ve ever been to that the focus isn’t on you losing weight, it’s about you getting fit, strong and healthy. It’s a beautiful community and family that welcome everyone with the warmest smile and knows everyone by name. They make working out fun and exciting but will work you to the bone as well. Can’t recommend this wonderful place more. And commend the owners Matt and Sheridan on making a welcoming and safe space for all
