5 /5 Lauren Ackerfeld: The best gym Ive ever been to! Rhys is a dedicated trainer who is genuinely passionate about what he does. Ive had lifelong lower back niggles, which have yet to flair up here. There is a very strong focus on form and technique. Friendly environment with people of all fitness levels. Targeted and varied programs to improve strength and conditioning in a safe environment. Ive only been here 6 weeks and am already seeing positive results. Excited to continue working out here and continue challenging myself.

Maida Racasa I’m so glad I chose BFT Dandenong as my home studio! I didn’t know what to expect as a newbie who didn’t know anyone during my first trial session. I felt warmly welcomed and supported by not only the awesome coaches, but also the other members. This encouraged me to continue attending the sessions. As it’s a new studio, I really admire the spacious and well-maintained environment, the equipment and the facilities. I also like the music they play in the background! I highly recommend BFT in Dandenong, especially while their classes are fairly small, so you can really get one-on-one personal coaching. And it’s worth the price as a member!
