Tylah Smith I have been working with Dean for the past 10 months and have noticed positive changes in both my physical and mental health. I particularly love that every week I notice changes in my strength. Deans constant support keeps me accountable and motivated. I love the diversity of exercises Dean provides in both one on one and group training sessions. Whilst Dean pushes me he is also aware of my personal limits/injuries and grades exercises accordingly. What is most important to me is that I am able to train in a safe, comfortable and supportive environment regardless of my knowledge. I highly recommend training at storming fitness. Tylah.S
