Allison The Retreat Yoga Studio is exceptional. Ive been practicing mindful yin and somatic rest at the studio for a couple of years and its a sanctuary allowing me to reset and feel restored throughout the week. The teachers are wonderful and all ensure that its a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment for everyone to practice.

Marie-Hélène Predhom Very friendly, laidback yet professional yoga space. I particularly enjoy Jaimes classes and his Yin class. The studio is neatly laid out, welcoming. The offer is quite complete and very affordable, even for drop-in. Highly recommend!

Crystal C Houses Genesis Maidstone culture are Very friendly and the people who work there actually care about their clients. Great community clean, great gym, really knowledgeable personal trainers. I see Gary and Ross who are brilliant and the group instructors are great too as well as the classes. The sauna is also a blessing especially during winter. Can easily make great friends here too! Cannot recommend this gym enough.
