5 /5 Ann Bennett: I highly recommend Fit for Life Gym, especially for people with special needs. My son has been going for three years and looks forward to his weekly gym session. The staff and trainers are incredibly friendly, patient and motivating. Another aspect of their gym is All Abilities Soccer Team called Hampton Dolphins. Its is a fun comfortable space to connect with others in a team environment and being in the fresh air at the same time. They truly go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed and encouraged.

5 /5 Robert Wise: The team at Fit for life are awesome they have helped me a great deal. I have a physical disability, and their Personal Trainers have helped me overcome some physical issues. I now can use my crutches a great deal more, use my manual wheelchair all for longer periods and it has enable me to maintain my fitness so I can ride my adaptive bike. Many people who haven’t seen me for a while often comment “You are looking good/well. “ I have done many of their group activities and met some interesting people learnt new skills and visited places I never could since acquiring my disability I hope to start doing the outings again soon once my new NDIS plan is approved. Fingers crossed. I highly recommend.

5 /5 Heaven Lee Love: I always have a fabulous time I love the activities and outings have been to so many places and always have a tip top day Jess always comes up with something amazing to do creative or adventurous we all have a super funtastic time , the crew are exceptionally wonderful and caring meeting everybodys needs. Im always looking forward to going here ready for the next adventure . Totally awesome ☆☆☆☆☆
