5 /5 Melanie Cameron: Kylie has been wonderful to train with, it’s one of the highlights of my week. She discusses how my body is feeling, provides the right level of challenge and accounts for the various life encounters we all have. There is a great level of respect at the sessions and still lots of fun. She tailors the session to what make you feel comfortable and motivated with a genuine care for your body and mind. This isn’t a trainer who will just push you so that you are muscle sore. Kylie is thoughtful in her training technique, she challenges me to achieve overall well-being and fitness. I can’t recommend her enough, genuine, relatable, knowledgeable and committed is how I would describe her.
