As a Junior Representative U16 basketball player, he’s benefited from a personalised program Joel designed to focus on functional, results-driven training — all while keeping sessions fun, engaging, and in a safe, welcoming environment. He’s enjoyed it so much that he’s always bringing new friends along to experience it too! This year, we’ve seen a huge boost in his confidence and a huge noticeable improvement in his game. Phatthranis Janthabandit I’ve been training with Jarupa for a while now, and I can honestly say she’s one of the most dedicated and knowledgeable Pilates instructors I’ve met. Every class with her feels thoughtful and challenging in the best way. She always takes the time to correct form, explain movements, and push us just the right amount.
