Andrea McDonald Ive been at Aegis gym for about a year now and I am sadly having to relocate. I want to express my appreciation to coach Beth.. Ive trained at many gyms, had many PTs but Beth goes above and beyond. She not only treats you like a friend, her knowledge is next level. She helped me get back to training after having my second baby. Anyone can be a PT, but having the knowledge behind the human body.. this woman has it!! Always providing tips to better your form & working around injuries to still enable a great workout sesh. Thanks a million.

Robyn McDonald I have trained with Graham now for 4 years. Love my PT sessions and the Sprint classes with a maximum of 6 people are great. I love starting my Sat feeling refreshed and invigorated after this fun class. Its the best PT studio on the lower North shore. Clean , friendly and very professional.
