Chris I’ve had sessions with a many number of great personal trainers - however none of them have seemed to really go above and beyond to create a program really specific to my pretty niche hobby (rowing). It really seems Jake has a passion for all things gym and it shows in his attention to detail and exemplary guidance. Really friendly and seemed to show genuine interest in my rowing despite never trying it.

Conor Cremin TFC is one of the best gyms Ive been to. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive, no matter your fitness level. Clay, the owner and coach, is knowledgeable, encouraging, and builds a real sense of community. The facilities are excellent — spacious, well-equipped, and clean. Highly recommend!

David David Just signed up to the brand new Anytime Fitness in Newington, and it’s fantastic! The brand new cardio equipment is top-notch, and the weights training area is equipped with all-new machines too. Theres plenty of floor space for stretching and free weights. Best of all, it doesn’t get overcrowded, and the facility is spotless. Highly recommend!

Heath Chen The beach has cracks and dents on it through delivery. The service team act on it very quick and send me a new pad and foot cap. Very impressive. Will definitely come back in the future
