Marcelle Carr I have been seeing Matt Donovan since January 2022. I cannot speak highly enough of him. The progress I have made has been amazing. I have found him to be professional and he has tailored my program to how my body is feeling at each visit. I am an older woman and Matt has set some challenging exercises but nothing that would result in an injury. I had two full knee replacements in 2020 and the strength and conditioning training that I am doing with Matt has meant that I am able to live my life to the fullest and in fact I am training to walk the Kokoda Trail in 2023. I have full confidence in Matt and in his ability to see me undertake this Trek knowing that what we are doing will mean that my body is well prepared for these conditions.

Rowan Gill So glad to have found this gym after moving into the area. Staff are always super helpful and friendly. I’d heard some scary stories about the last manager but it seems like things have vastly improved since the new one took over. Would recommend making this gym your regular if you’re in the area!
