Laura Jade Friendly, inviting club, which is family orientated. The teachers are very experienced and knowledgeable. My son who has been apprehensive to try group classes in the past, has now felt safe to participate and is loving it. Glad I chose Bushido Academy! :)

Run Fit - VIC

Kevin I’ve been with Run Fit for a couple of years now & can honestly say what a difference Heather has made to my overall health, fitness & running ability. Her support & willingness to be there for you for anything is amazing, The HIIT sessions are so considered & beneficial to strength & injury prevention & aid in improving running too. I’ve always hated running & never saw any improvement until I joined Run Fit & now I love it & am able to run faster & for longer. So grateful to Heather ❤️
