Suzanne Walker We moved to the area a few months into my first pregnancy. I wasnt sure how to move my body safely, or how best to stay healthy and active. Andrew was great, he got me feeling stronger and we maintained a regular training regime up until my last workout (at a week overdue!) He always devised programs that felt challenging and energising, rather than training to exhaustion. Unfortunately we moved again when my daughter was born but Ill always be grateful to Urban Workout (and Andrew specifically) for supporting me during such an important physical transition.

Denise Satti Strong Pilates Cheltenham are very well instructed and easy to understand / follow with TV screens across the room . Each class is different and you can always expect a good workout The variety of classes are the perfect level of challenging yourself and keeping things interesting. The instructors are fantastic and provide great modifications as well if you happen to be restricted like me . All instructors are warm and friendly ,knowledgeable and very supportive, making every class enjoyable and effective, regardless of your ability level . Highly recommended and no one gets left behind

Claire Wang I recently transferred from the Burwood location to the Ashfield gym, and the staff here were incredibly helpful from the start. Tommas went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and even helped sign my friends up too! The gym itself is really nice and always clean, which makes it easy to stay consistent. Every time I come in, the staff are super friendly and always say hi.
