A pleasure to have been a member of this gym for over 2 years. Coaches who actually coach and not just encourage. Ben and Kat are extremely hospitable! Highly recommend - 10/10!

Mel Kerr My 10yo daughter had low self confidence after being bullied at school, I had heard great things about matrix fitness so I put her in for some tryout classes. Over the 3 months she has been training here I’ve seen her grow as a person, she come out of her shell and is more confident. She is also super proud of her self heading into her first grading. The staff and volunteers are absolutely brilliant, classes are encouraging and rooted in life experience and lessons. I can’t recommend this particular karate academy enough. Sensei Gary is truely amazing.

Glenis Wilson Really enjoy fitness nation. Price is reasonable considering how big this gym is. Very big gym and has so much equipment and everything is always clean. A lot of people also clean the equipment when they are finished too with the wet wipes they have. The staff are really good too really friendly. They have an area for kids too but you just don’t have anyone watching them but it’s not for newborn and toddlers it’s for older kids from 5 years I recon. Coming to fitness nation I enjoy being here cause of the vibes it provides I stay here so long I’ve never felt this way at other gyms before im so happy I got rid of my last gym. Highly recommend

Gino Yunnissi I was amazed at how beautiful and aesthetically pleasing the studios are! The staff were very warm and made our family feel welcome and at home :) There’s plenty of choice for all kinds of family and kids fitness and dance classes, our children loved it!
