My engagement ring had a loose claw around the stone & Amanda identified the claw sizes were incorrect, suggested replacement to minimise the risk of losing my very precious Sapphire and she did a great job! It’s now so secure and looks better than ever. She also saw & tightened some of the loose diamonds for me. Very appreciative of her great work & highly recommend. I was delighted to find her after I had a sub-par experience with the same ring at Ian Patterson Jewellers on the Main Street. Now, I will only go to Amanda from Gemaxis. Thanks Amanda!
