All About Steven Since Ive been in Laurie Muay Thai class for about 6 months, my general health has improved significantly. During the first couple weeks, the high intensity cardio sessions to improve your fitness and heart were really challenging. However, once you get used to it, it feels fantastic, especially for someone like me who spends all day in front of a computer. Aside from his high levels of fighting experience, Laurie is also one of the few teachers who is always giving 100 percent to his students. I definitely recommend this class to people who are passionate about martial arts and dedicated to improving their general health.

Fight Gym - VIC

Ben Stockil I attended the Conditioning class with John. What a true gentleman he was allowed me to feel extremely comfortable in the gym. The class was really tough as well which is exactly what I needed. 4 ten minutes blocks. 1. 250 m ski 10 burpees x 5 rounds. 2. 5km on the bike erg. 3. 500m Row 20m sled push x 3 Rounds. 4. Assault bike 1km then 10 Hang Clean and Jerk @ 30KG x4. Brilliant class
