Amanda is an incredible instructor, so kind, down to earth, and genuinely invested in helping you succeed. She takes the time to make sure you’re doing everything correctly and is always there to offer support when something is challenging. The class schedule is very flexible, which makes it easy for me to fit it in. I’ve seen amazing results since I started and feel so much stronger and more confident. If you’re considering starting pilates, definitely book a session at Studio A5, you won’t regret it!! xxx

Ella Sutton I joined Dukes recently with the 28 Day Transformation promotion and would highly recommend it! I’ve been training with Nathan the past four weeks and he’s been so great. Super friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. I particularly wanted to gain confidence lifting heavier weights and knowing my limits. Nathan has helped me realise I’m a lot stronger than I thought and has curated a great gym program for me to continue getting stronger.
