Anytime Fitness North Strathfield - VIC

Connie Larobina In April 2024 I had just finished 16 months of chemotherapy, surgery and radiation and wasn’t feeling quite like myself. My Chiropractor @stevent.chiro introduced me to Duc as he knew he would be able to help me with my fitness and nutrition. From the moment I met Duc, at Anytime Fitness North Strathfield, he was very attentive to my medical history, concerns and goals. He focused on my health and training via a holistic approach through blood tests, functional training, increasing my fitness, diet and vitamin supplements. He tailored a plan specifically for me. Part of my ongoing medical monitoring was regular heart tests and within 3 months of training, with Duc, my heart function had improved by 12%. Over the last 12 months I have gone from 59kg to 55kg and more importantly lost 4kg of fat. Losing weight was something I had struggled with for a long time. My fitness, strength and flexibility has improved considerably and I can see the change and definition in my body. My posture has also improved and I’m standing a lot straighter which has improved my confidence. All of this was achieved by Duc constantly encouraging me to do more, lift more and not letting me give up even when I thought I had nothing more to give. I really enjoyed the information sessions Duc provides explaining the science behind good health, nutrition and understanding that it’s not just about exercise and food but so much more. I’m a lot more conscious about what I eat. If you are looking for a trainer that is so much more than just an exercise program, who genuinely cares and will educate you on health and nutrition then I would highly recommend Duc. Core Principles Personal Trainer Melbourne - VIC

Belinda Yee Core Principles offers a really great semi-private personal training service. The trainers are very professional and friendly and the classes are both challenging and fun. I’ve been struggling to put in place a consistent gym routine when training on my own but having the support of the trainers and the small group class structure has changed the way I approach training and I now look forward to working out!
