Tom Shaw Went for a "great and oil change" massage to concentrate on some aches and pains that have built up over the past months. Neck and shoulders and legs are the usual issues. Linda found quite a few knots in various spots. Felt a bit like a jelly after all was done, with a couple of sensitive spots the next day, but much more relaxed! I have been attending for over 30 years and can not fault the professional and personal service that Linda gives all of her clients. Highly recommended.

Matt Rai Absolutely love this place! Bella is amazing — hands down the best yoga instructor in Melbourne (possibly the galaxy). The energy she brings into each class is next level: warm, welcoming, and totally uplifting. Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned yogi, you’ll feel right at home. Joseph xfc Carrum Downs is honestly just a mad vibe and a proper place for anyone to be apart of. I reckon me and pretty much everyone their are in agreeance that the coaching staff are unreal. Jackson and Baryden are honestly two of the best, most dedicated coaches going around. Theyre there for the fight teamand for the beginners and just more dedicated to xfc than anyone else and they show it everytime they are at xfc And gotta shout the owners too they’ve built a place heaps of us come to just to unwind get fit or just be in a community where everyone keeps building eachother up. And seriously can’t forget Tay at the front desk seeing her behind the counter for the first time in months the other day was grouse and good to see she is back officially. Her kindness is next level she’s always helping out always smiling and she’s got proper devoation to the gym. Shes honestly one of the reasons the place felt so welcoming so good to see her back All up the team at xfc Carrum Downs is the kinda team that makes you wanna push harder and be better.
