Belinda is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate but also warm and kind-hearted. Her encouragement and guidance has helped me improve my practice and build confidence.
Each session is thoughtfully structured, with a focus on mindfulness, strength and alignment.
The other students are friendly and supportive, making each class feel like a shared journey towards wellness. The studio also hosts workshops and events that further enrich the experience, like meditation, workshops and sound healing.
Move body wellness is a space where I feel connected and inspired which embodies positivity and growth. I highly recommend.
