I have been a "full" member for four months. However not at one minute of the four months have they been able to provide "full access". However the "FULL" premium membership price has been. Not at one point in the entire time have all the lockers been accessible, meaning everyone has bags all over the place making it a hot spot for thefts.
Poor quality, with faulty equipment venue wide. From gym equipment that is consistently offline. The entry gates both to the centre a faulty have have been the whole time. The entry to the gym has been broken no less than the last 6-8 weeks with the exit gate wide open. Change rooms have been closed for 16+ weeks, no warm water access, so no hot showers - ongoing, pool access - now in its 6th week with a further 4 weeks!
However no discount on the "full rate"! Poor management, Frankston Council needs to review this breach of contract!
Avoid! Cant recommend highly enough to find another quality establishment
