Kendall Geelen I am a huge fan of KX Pilates Mosman. I started in Jan 16 when the studio opened and have not looked back! My attitude to exercise has significantly shifted and the results are amazing. I feel so much stronger, focussed and most of all I love going to class. The trainers are amazing, they provide a great workout in a safe and comfortable environment - and it is always fun!! Im addicted!! Proud to be part of the KX Pilates Mosman family!!

Trevor Case Exceptional soccer trainer! My 16-year-old daughter plays rep. soccer and wanted to keep up her skills and fitness over the summer holidays. Luca is warm, friendly, and a highly experienced professional. He had her work on challenging ball-skill routines, shooting drills, and innovative exercises that he tailored for her. Beyond this, Luca took the time to engage with her about her about her approach to the game. This individual attention, which is very limited in team training sessions, vastly improved her self-confidence and her performance on the field. Most importantly, my daughter gives Luca two thumbs up!

Emma Morrissey I had the most amazing experience here. They are such amazing, kind, caring women who go out of their way to help. They made the entire process so easy and made me feel so comfortable during my iron infusion. Jacquie was so incredibly sweet and went out of her way to fit me into her schedule as there was a mix up with scripting. 10/10 service, amazing people and would highly recommend to everyone

Rebecca Watson I have nothing but positive words to say about Nicole at The Wellness Shack! I have been seeing her weekly for the last few months due to an injury and one that other treatments did not help! My Pilates sessions made a difference instantly and we are now continuing on with strengthening. Nicole certainly knows her stuff, she’s so personable and the professional and homely environment make my visits very relaxed and an enjoyable hour for myself! Highly recommended!!
