1 /5 lillian eastgate: I have only ever written positive reviews of all my interactions with different companies online, because I have never believed that any service, even if bad, deserved to have a bad review. Except for today, so best believe that if Im writing this, it is not lightly.
My experience with Go Salary was absolutely dreadful. It took me over 4 hours to complete their online process, which was already frustrating enough. When I called for help, I was connected with a man named Jeremy, who was extremely cocky and arrogant throughout the entire call.
Instead of assisting me, he constantly interrupted me, spoke down to me, and even insulted my intelligence. I explained kindly that I am foreign and was having trouble understanding, and asked him to please explain things more clearly. I would let him finish his explanations then ask for more help, but he would repeat the same sentence accusing me of not listening and interrupting him when he was the one interrupting me!
All I needed was for him to tell me the name of a document so I could pass it on to my employer — yet he refused, repeatedly dismissing me by saying, “Just look in your inbox.” refusing himself to help me or tell me what I should be looking for.
He lied, avoided my questions, and was flat-out rude, leaving me feeling completely belittled and utterly disrespected. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was shocking. No one seeking financial services should be treated this way, no one should be talked to in this manner at all.
I would strongly warn others to think twice before dealing with Go Salary.
