Martin Ca It was my first time visiting Luk Fook Jewellery in Chatswood, and it turned out to be an extremely unpleasant experience. There was a female sales assistant in her 40s to 50s whose attitude was appalling—she spoke coldly and looked at people with an air of superiority, as if she was looking down on others. The entire shopping experience was completely devoid of warmth or professionalism, which was extremely off-putting. I had originally found a gold piece that I liked, but ultimately decided not to make the purchase because of this unacceptable service. This is by far the worst and most disrespectful customer service I have ever encountered in a jewellery store. I sincerely hope Luk Fook addresses this issue, or they will continue to lose customers who, like me, leave deeply disappointed.

After a long day of work, they offered me exceptional service that left me feeling delighted and cared for. They were incredibly patient while I browsed through the products and gave me various suggestions that fit perfectly within my budget. Great recommendation for gold products!

Susan Jowett I went into Harli and Harpa today at Eastland 11/8 looking for a chain that I bought a few weeks ago that I absolutely loved, but sadly lost. I must say, the two girls that helped me went beyond my expectations trying to find the chain in store and online. The service I received was exceptional. I wish I took down their names, but one was blonde and the other dark haired. Thank you so much for trying so so hard and even though i didnt get to buy it again, you both tried so hard . You should be commended for going out of your way to help me.
