Ioana Daniela We joined in may as a family and it’s the best we’ve done! We all love it. The classes are brilliant, the gym has so many machines and great equipment and the pools are clean and welcoming! The staff are all lovely, helpful and friendly and Jackie explained to me the 3 hours free parking which is very important Would highly recommend Lockmeadow health club

Liz Millard Physio & Exercise Studio - VIC

Jenny Cook Pilates classes are extremely well run. Both Liz and Katherine are familiar with the individual needs of the clients and cater for these needs during the classes. Always a positive atmosphere which helps to make the class go quickly. My Physio sessions with Liz help to keep me mobile and relieve the pain that I suffer from. I’m lucky to have found them.

Aligned For Life Pilates Carlton - VIC

1seb0 The level of care to my needs and the amount of attention you receive is absolutely amazing! Classes are small and intimate, so that the instructor can guide you through your personalised program without feeling like a run of the mill reformer class at your local gym. I’d recommend these classes to anyone, regardless if you’re new to Pilates or a pro who’s been doing it for years. My back issues are a thing of the past now that I have the right tools to help manage them, thanks to ALP. Shoutout to Kat at the Carlton studio, who is incredibly intuitive and knows when to push and when to let you discover for yourself.
