Cameron Nelson Yeh I agree with Peter. He put it nicely. Ive never been much of a spiritual person, but at the ashram there, it didnt matter for me. And Swamiji didnt just give me life changing lessons on meditation, but also the ability to bring meditation into my worldly life, not interfering with it at all. Only improving it immensely. The ashram gave me techniques to deal with my crappy emotions I have carried my entire life and shift them into happy uplifting emotions. I highly recommend giving this place a visit

Conor McCutcheon Ive been to Reload a few times for physio and a few times for remedial massage. I have a prolapsed vertebrae in my neck which contributes to alot of back pain, I went to Mia for a remedial massage and she worked wonders. She listened to me when telling her where it hurts and how it hurts and knew where to work on that would help ease my pain. I will definitely be back

Michelle W We had the most amazing time here for our daughter’s birthday party. The staff were amazing and made the kids feel really welcome and the kids had an absolute ball playing on all the equipment. The parents enjoyed themselves too as they had time to themselves up on the mezzanine level. Highly recommend this venue for birthday parties, And the classes are great too
