J J Ive been training with Armstrong for the past three months, and the results have been nothing short of amazing. My main goals were to lose weight and improve my overall fitness — and thanks to Armstrong’s guidance, I’ve already lost 8kg, feel significantly more energetic, and have gained a lot of confidence in myself. He always ensures my technique is spot-on, which has helped me avoid injuries and get the most out of every workout. He’s incredibly motivational and truly committed to his clients success. Whether it’s a quick check-in or a boost of encouragement, he’s always there for you. On top of being an excellent trainer, Armstrong is just a great person to be around. He’s approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping you reach your goals. If youre looking for someone who’s knowledgeable, dedicated, and easy to work with, I cant recommend Armstrong enough.

G R If your wondering if you should join glow gym DO IT!!! This gym is filled with the most amazing trainers and woman. And Selma is so welcoming, helpful and a great trainer . I would reccomend this gym to anyone starting a health and fitness journey !! I love glow gym and it’s really started to feel like a second home ❤️

Alfritz Toledo The whole RBT team guarantees that you are well looked after. They have a great community. The workouts are well structured and the coaches are all professionals. Overall, very satisfied.
