5 /5 Jodie Foreman: Who knew strength training could also be fun?!?
Coach Eric. Where to begin? Professional, experienced, funny, inspirational, cheeky, detail oriented, focused and every class is meticulously prepared. Anthonys classes are also terrific, with more of a gentle, nurturing vibe.
Ive done about 6 months of classes. Im noticeably stronger than when I began and my free standing handstands are coming along well. Eric teaches a wide variety of well planned strength and mobility exercises alongside all sorts of handstands, which keeps me constantly entertained.
The sessions are more like group privates. Eric remembers everyones physical abilities and tweaks the exercises to suit each of us as needed. He also knows how to push each of us with our varying learning styles. Ive never seen anything like it in a group class of any type.
During class theres plenty of giggles plus there are also frequent post-workout coffees, lunches and occasional dinners. This is a warm, supportive, silly, motivated bunch of people.
$65 per week for unlimited classes is awesome value.
$40 one week intro deal.
