Anna Callaghan Chantal is an amazing trainer and I am so grateful to have found her for my weekly prenatal strength training session. As a first time mum, I wasnt sure what trimester 3 would look or feel like. However, with Chantals support and adaptability I was able to train for 20 weeks straight, right up until 36 weeks gestation. She is diligent with checking in pre and post workout beyond our scheduled time each week. In addition to providing the variety of exercises I was after, Chantal is great to have a laugh with. As soon as I have the green light to train postpartum - I will be back to train with her again :)
