Kat Houghton I’ve been attending Active Mums recently after giving birth to my second child, and it has been such a positive experience! Losing weight has been challenging, but the classes have really helped strengthen my core and improve my fitness. The best part is that I can bring both my baby and my three-year-old toddler along, which makes it so much easier to fit exercise into my routine. The environment is welcoming, and Julie the instructor is great at supporting postpartum mums. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to get back into fitness after having a baby!
