Australia Post lost my parcel and Australia Post refused to be help and refused to provide compensation despite it being their fault. The beautiful staff at Gregio took matters into their own hands and sent me a replacement of what I had ordered. They were also helping me with my Aus Post case and would give me regular updates and call me to give me updates. They are very helpful and responsive. Not to mention how beautiful all their products are !!! Thank you lovely Gregio team, you have a return customer that’s for sure xx
